Please contact us if you would like to discuss sliding scale availability or determine the best option for your situation.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
We can provide a superbill for services and are happy to help guide you through the reimbursement process. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary by insurance provider and individual plan.
Good Faith Estimate Notice: Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, health care providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or not using insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for medical and mental health services.
You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services before scheduling an appointment or beginning treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
