Meet Our Team
Nicole Brownback
Welcome!
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with parents, professionals, young adults, college students, teens, and children. I am passionate about building meaningful connections and helping people identify what matters most to them as they navigate life’s changes and challenges.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and earned my Master of Social Service degree from Bryn Mawr College in 2009.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based, solution-focused, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Art Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Laughter Yoga. I also incorporate motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques into my work to support growth, healing, and lasting change.
I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a supportive space where they feel comfortable exploring their experiences. I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, relationship changes, parenting challenges, anxiety, stress, and other personal concerns. Together, we explore the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape each person’s unique story.
A little about me: I am a woman, wife, daughter, and mother of two school-aged children. Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding—and challenging—journeys. Our family also includes two dogs and a cat, who bring plenty of joy and laughter into our home.
As someone who has personally experienced anxiety, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the therapeutic process. This perspective helps me connect with clients in an authentic and compassionate way.
I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, and thrive. I take an individualized approach to therapy, moving at a pace that feels right for you. I enjoy celebrating your successes while also holding space for life’s difficulties and uncertainties.
Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, understood, and valued. Your experiences matter, and you do not have to navigate them alone.
I look forward to connecting with you.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. It often takes time to find someone who truly fits your needs and understands your journey. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward the changes you want to make in your life.
Hello, I’m Kelly Green, a Licensed Social Worker with a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University. With over seven years of experience in the social work field, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while discovering their own strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
I currently am in the process of obtaining my Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. I enjoy working with teens and young adults, providing a supportive and collaborative space where they can feel heard, build confidence, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
My approach is collaborative and strengths based. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in building on your strengths, gaining new insights, and developing the tools needed to create change.
During our first session, I will take the time to get to know you by learning about your background, current concerns, and what has brought you to therapy. Together, we will identify what feels most important to address right now, explore your goals, and create a treatment plan that feels both meaningful and manageable.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating a life transition, facing relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am here to offer perspective, knowledge, and support as you move toward growth and positive change. You will set the direction and pace of our work together, and I will be there to guide and support you on your journey.
